BACHELOR was registered on August 15th, 2014, just one day after the Dogeparty platform went live and the Dogeparty BURN started where Dogecoin (DOGE) holders could provably destroy DOGE and obtain the native currency XDP which could be used to register dogeparty asset names.

The JSON was added to the BACHELOR token on September 16th, 2014 in order to test the “Asset Enhancement Service” and verify that image uploads were working properly and displaying the token image on the dogeparty explorer. BACHELOR was one of the first tokens that displayed in the alphabetically sorted “My Assets” list, and as such was one of the first tokens to be associated an image. The image on this token is a stock image taken from the television show “The Bachelor”

The BACHELOR token has remained in its original unchanged state until November 9th, 2024 when the token supply divisibility was changed from divisible to non-divisible and supply changed from 1.00000000 to 300.
